Cancellation Policy
All reservations are accepted in good faith, All bookings must be made quoting a current creditcard number and expiry date.
Either that of the organization or the person responsible for the booking.
We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking should you reduce the length of your stay or number of guests, Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival.
The exception to this is Public Holidays and Special Events Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation not being received a charge equal to one nights accommodation will be charged to your creditcard account.
For group bookings cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival,
Confirmation of guest numbers must be made 15 days prior to arrival.
